Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Technical Product Manager. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing and delivering essential remote connectivity products that enhance the user experience for employees working from various locations. You will be responsible for defining the strategy, maintaining product compliance, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. By bridging technical specifications and business requirements, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of remote work capabilities. Your expertise will guide the product throughout its lifecycle, ensuring alignment with industry trends and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
• Work with Engineering, CSMs, and Operations to estimate the effort and cost to deliver requirements.
• Make technical decisions and define a product roadmap based on business needs.
• Monitor work streams and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
• Maintain vendor relationships and collaborate with procurement on contracts.

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in a relevant role (Product Manager, Application Owner, Platform Architect, Senior Engineer, Project Manager) in a global, enterprise-scale environment.
• Direct experience with Remote Connectivity technologies, ideally Zscaler.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLA performance.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, capable of simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong relationship management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of Agile concepts and best practices.
