As the first Technical Program Manager at Cocoon, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we plan, align, and deliver cross-functional initiatives.

• Drive project alignment by managing dependencies, guiding technical discussions, and ensuring timely conversations.

• Influence outcomes by building trusted partnerships across the organization.
• Champion effective ways of working, balancing tools, structure, and practices while continuously improving collaboration.
