Job Summary

We are looking for a strong and technical program manager to drive and deliver the Enterprise software releases. This position will give you the best opportunity to showcase your strong program management experience and knowledge of Generative AI innovations, Large Language Models (LLMs) and traditional machine learning (ML).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the release planning and collaborate with the Engineering and Product teams that are globally distributed across time zones.
• Responsible for the overall consistency and coherence of specifications, setting quality standards and drive quality output of the software releases.
• Inspect and assess projects’ health; provide input for corrections needed or help raise up issues for quick resolution.
• Ensure that systems are in place to manage product feedback from customers as well as internal stakeholders.
• Promote a positive environment across the organization by modeling behavior that promotes good morale.
• Find opportunities for process improvements and optimizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years proven track record in technical program management or related roles.
• 3+ years of this experience should be engineering (coding) and machine learning.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
