Job Summary

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
• Maintaining a recruiting dashboard with KPIs and reporting to the executive team.
• Managing the recruiting pipeline and the applicant tracking system.
• Comfortably presenting and promoting technology and company culture.
• Writing and posting technical and other job descriptions.
• Performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
• Assisting in onboarding new hires.
• Promoting the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
• Keeping up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of work experience hiring for technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats.
• Proven expertise hiring Golang Engineers.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
