Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer in Germany. In this role, you will be a key member of the Field Engineering team, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from advanced security automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to support successful adoption and use of automation solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues, provide guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and in customer interactions
- Influence product roadmap and features by providing feedback from customer experiences
- Keep up with industry trends in cybersecurity, security automation, and related technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize solutions and share best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical support, operations, cloud services, or professional services
- Proven expertise in security, automation, scripting, and API knowledge
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and training experiences
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated “can do” attitude and eagerness to continuously learn and grow
