Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Senior Territory Account Specialist – REMOTE. In this role, you will lead the way in enhancing the customer experience within a designated geography, establishing critical relationships with accounts and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Navigate and resolve challenges within accounts to meet customer needs effectively.
- Build strategic territory plans aligning shared priorities to enhance product demand.
- Collaborate with territory teammates and home-office colleagues to address customer needs.
- Anticipate opportunities using market knowledge and respond to challenges with agility.
- Leverage territory data to uncover insights and lead impactful customer engagements.
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions for collaborative solution development.
- Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services.
- Utilize digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize customer outreach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college/university required.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries within the last 5 years.
- Proven track-record of high-performance in selling to large accounts.
- Self-starter with analytical skills to solve complex customer needs.
- Must reside within territory or a reasonable commuting distance, willing to travel 60-80%.
