Job Summary

As a Test Data Management Consultant, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, Birmingham, AL, Cleveland, OH, Denver, CO, Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC or Chicago, IL. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC’s footprint. This role will be responsible for defining and implementing enterprise Test Data Management (TDM) Strategy, architecture, and governance models.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define the enterprise TDM architecture, strategy, and roadmap
• Establish data provisioning, masking, subsetting, and synthetic data frameworks
• Design Test Data Service API framework
• Participate in RFPs for TDM tooling and platforms
• Champion best practices
• Collaborate with various stakeholders across the Enterprise to build TDM Strategy
• Define and deliver KPI and KRIs for TDM capabilities

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing Test Data Management methodologies and solutions
• Experience with TDM Tooling (Informatica TDM, Delphix, IBM Optim, Broadcom TDM, GenRocket, TDspora)
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, masking, subsetting, and synthetic data generation techniques
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Automated testing frameworks
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, FFIEC, SOX)
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to develop clear and concise technical and non-technical documentation
• Ability to communicate across multiple levels of the organization
