Job Summary

UT Parking and Transportation Services (PTS) operates a bicycle retail shop on campus. The shop, located in a small trailer near GRE, offers a variety of bicycle parts and accessories to students, staff, faculty, and campus visitors. PTS understands that as a student, your first obligation is to your education – we will accommodate your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up a table on Speedway between GRE and SAC to sell bicycle parts, safety equipment, and accessories.

Required Qualifications

• Must be dependable, responsible and have regular availability.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be enrolled and meet enrollment eligibility at The University of Texas at Austin.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service skills are a plus.
• Bicycle parts and bicycle accessories knowledge is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Keyboard use of manual dexterity.
• May work in all weather conditions, including inclement and extreme weather.
• Some heavy lifting and moving.
• May work around loud noises and crowds of people.

Work Shift

Fall 2025 ongoing. Work to be performed in-person, on campus. 15-20 hours per week. Flexible Shifts.
