Job Summary
The Universal Banker is responsible for providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thorough proper handling of all monies assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with smiling, facilitating courteous conversation, and conducting both complex and standardized transactions.
- Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
- Support team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls.
- Understand the importance of Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
- Participate fully in all components of the established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
- Commit to advancing individual and product knowledge by attending sales, service, and product knowledge meetings.
- Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
- Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to handle complex transactions with assistance as necessary.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new policies and procedures.
