Job Summary

The Universal Banker is responsible for providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thorough proper handling of all monies assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with smiling, facilitating courteous conversation, and conducting both complex and standardized transactions.
  • Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • Support team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls.
  • Understand the importance of Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
  • Participate fully in all components of the established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
  • Commit to advancing individual and product knowledge by attending sales, service, and product knowledge meetings.
  • Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
  • Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to handle complex transactions with assistance as necessary.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new policies and procedures.
