Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is an integral part of the HireSleek Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a Pro Plan Subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined herein.

1. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

The User holds the sole and exclusive responsibility for the proper management and cancellation of their Pro Plan Subscription. You may cancel your Subscription at any time through the designated settings within your user account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to Pro Plan features will continue until the expiration of the current, pre-paid billing period, after which access will be terminated, and no further charges will be incurred.

2. NO REFUND POLICY

ALL FEES PAID FOR THE PRO PLAN SUBSCRIPTION ARE FINAL, NON-CANCELABLE, AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

HireSleek operates under a strict no-refund policy. No refunds, credits, or pro-rated billing will be issued for:

  • Partial-month subscription periods;
  • Unused features or application quotas;
  • Periods where your account was inactive;
  • Your failure to cancel your account prior to the automatic renewal date;
  • Your dissatisfaction with the service, its features, or the results thereof;
  • Your failure to secure employment or interviews;
  • Termination or suspension of your account due to a violation of our Terms;
  • Technical issues not directly and verifiably attributable to a complete failure of the HireSleek platform.

3. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES FOR REVIEW

HireSleek may, in its sole and absolute discretion, choose to offer a service credit or refund in the following two (2) exceptional circumstances only:

  • Verified Billing Error: A demonstrable error in our billing system resulted in an incorrect or duplicate charge to your payment instrument.
  • Prolonged Platform Unavailability: A complete and sustained outage of the HireSleek Platform, lasting more than 72 consecutive hours, which prevented you from accessing any and all Pro Plan features.

To be considered for a review under these circumstances, you must submit a written request to team@hiresleek.com within seven (7) calendar days of the alleged incident. HireSleek’s decision on such matters is final.
